We believe every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and we are looking for a passionate Supportive Care Educator to join our Senior Kindy room and make a genuine difference in the lives of children requiring additional support.

The Opportunity
This role offers a unique balance of dedicated inclusion support and working within the broader room team.

- 5 hours per day providing dedicated Inclusion Support to children requiring additional support.
- 2.5 hours per day working within the normal educator-to-child ratio in the Senior Kindy room.
- Opportunity to work 5 days per week, with the fifth day working within the normal ratio to support lunch covers, breaks and the wider team.
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, therapists and other professionals to support children's individual development and wellbeing.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about inclusion and supporting children's individual needs.
- Experienced and professional while maintaining a fun sense of humour.
- Confident supporting children with additional needs and behavioural challenges.

- A team player who can confidently work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Skills and Experience:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent/approved qualification.
- Current Blue Card/Working with Children Check.
- Experience working as an early childhood educator supporting children with additional needs.
- Experience supporting children with autism or behavioural challenges would be highly regarded.
- Ability to implement inclusive, educational and play-based programs.
- Experience supporting children's self-care, toileting, feeding, communication and social development would be advantageous.




- Ability to work collaboratively with families, educators, allied health professionals and other stakeholders.
- Strong communication, documentation and organisational skills.
- A genuine commitment to creating an inclusive environment where every child can participate and belong.
