You’ll have the chance to work alongside our fantastic Gaming team, and we’ll support your development by paying for your Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) qualification.

We have exciting part time opportunities available to join our Gaming team as Customer Service Superstars!

The purpose of this role is to:

- Create memorable experiences for our customers
- Educate customers about what’s happening at the Club, our product offerings and membership rewards
- Consistently and proactively deliver exceptional customer service
- Embrace the Club’s Vision, Mission, Values and Values Matrix
- Comply with Club policies and procedures, including RSA/RCG requirements
- Proactively maintain hygiene and cleanliness in your work area
- Be willing and able to work across a variety of areas within the Club
- Be open to training, development and learning all aspects of the Club
- Help us continuously improve and contribute to a constructive culture where everyone feels welcome

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- A willingness to learn and grow
- A strong health and safety mindset with high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- A genuine and reliable team-focused attitude
- Flexibility across the Club’s operating hours, including split shifts, late nights, weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience working in hospitality
- A current RSA and RCG certificate
