What we're looking for
No recruitment experience is required. We are looking for someone with proven sales experience who is ready to learn a new industry and build a successful career.
You will ideally have:
- Experience managing the complete sales process from initial contact through to close
- A proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships and win business
- Confidence influencing customers and guiding commercial decisions
- Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-development skills
- A proactive, resilient and results-focused attitude

- Base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 + super

The role
This is a full 360-degree recruitment role where you will build your own client base and manage the complete recruitment process within a specialist market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business and winning new clients
- Building trusted, long-term client relationships
- Understanding hiring challenges and presenting recruitment solutions
- Sourcing, interviewing and representing suitable candidates
- Coordinating interviews and negotiating job offers
- Growing a client base that generates repeat business
