We take a highly consultative approach — meeting our partner agencies face-to-face, understanding their culture from the ground up, and identifying what genuinely sets them apart in the market. What You’ll Be Doing:

- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle,



from sourcing and screening through to placement and onboarding
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs and business objectives
- Proactively sourcing high-quality talent through networking, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach
- Negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous recruitment or sales experience (agency experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A resilient, adaptable, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
