About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organised,



and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? As our Customer Service & Stock Management Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers through regular onsite stocktakes, maintaining accurate inventory records, and delivering outstanding service.

In this role you will be:

- Conduct regular onsite customer stocktakes and inventory audits to ensure stock levels remain accurate and well-managed.

- Build strong relationships with customers through regular site visits and proactive communication.

- Resolve customer enquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Support the Sales team with onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition into our service.

- Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer and stock records in line with branch requirements.

- Monitor stock usage trends and identify potential shortages or discrepancies.

- Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery team to maintain exceptional service standards and customer satisfaction.

- Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, providing solutions and support when needed.

Key skills and experience required:

- 1+ year key customer service experience required





- Proficient understanding of office applications; MS Word, Excel & Outlook

- A valid driving licence

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Your excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills will assist you in achieving your weekly KPIs and our ambitious growth targets.

- Previous account management experience is essential.
