The Role
We are looking for motivated and hands- on Landscapers and Gardeners to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your craft and want to be a part of a company that values sustainability and creativity, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general landscaping and gardening duties including planting, mulching tree planting, fence installation, mowing, edging, weed control, turfing and general upkeep of our contracted sites
- Assist in installation of new gardens,
irrigation systems and hardscapes
- Operating landscaping and gardening tools and machinery safely and effectively
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional results
What we're looking for
- Experience in landscaping, gardening or similar outdoor work
- A robust work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to sustainability and quality craftsmanship
- A valid driver's license
