Monadelphous is seeking a Civil Supervisor for a to support a current project, in Albion, VIC. Due to the nature of the role and work schedule, local candidates are essential.

As Civil Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing site activities and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery. This position requires robust coordination skills and a proactive approach to leadership on site.

What you will bring

- Minimum 2 years Supervisory experience

- RIW (Rail Industry Worker) essential

- Previous deep excavation and shoring box installation experience highly desirable

- Coordinating and organising skills to achieve timelines, able to plan and schedule tasks.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- The drive to get hands on and lead by example.

- A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.

- Sound proficiency in the use of MS Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)

- Valid Open Drivers Licence

- Proof of Right to work in Australia.

- Must be locally based, no accommodation provided.
