About the role

The Customer Service & Logistics Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring customers receive reliable, high-quality service through the effective management of customer service, logistics, and supply chain operations.

Leading a network of contracted service providers, this position oversees operational performance, compliance, safety, and service delivery standards. The role also contributes to business growth by implementing sales and supply strategies, developing market-focused solutions, and building solid relationships with customers and key partners.

By collaborating with suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and internal teams, the Supervisor ensures seamless coordination across the supply chain and supports the achievement of business goals.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate customer service, logistics, supply chain, and commercial activities to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services while meeting business, safety, and compliance requirements. The role is responsible for managing contractor performance and costs,



overseeing inventory and supply planning, supporting pricing and sales strategies, monitoring business performance, and identifying growth opportunities. In partnership with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and internal teams, the Customer Service & Logistics Supervisor builds strong stakeholder relationships, drives continuous improvement, resolves operational issues, and contributes to the overall success of Wilmar AgServices

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior customer service role, with a strong working knowledge of SAP and Customer Relationship Management systems such as Salesforce. You will bring excellent negotiation, consultation, and conflict resolution skills, enabling you to build strong customer relationships and effectively manage customer enquiries. Advanced MS Office skills and the ability to analyse data, maintain accurate records, and support reporting processes will be essential to delivering exceptional customer service and operational outcomes.
