Core Talent are currently recruiting for an experienced Trades Scheduler / Service Coordinator to join an established and growing building services business in Victoria.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced coordination role and wants to play a key part in keeping technicians, clients and service jobs running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for scheduling field technicians, coordinating planned and reactive works, managing work orders and supporting the successful delivery of ongoing service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate technicians and subcontractors across metropolitan and regional Victoria
- Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and reactive service works
- Liaise with clients to organise site attendance and close out work orders
- Set up new contracts, sites, assets and service jobs
- Maintain accurate job and customer records across service management systems and client portals
- Process completed jobs, purchase orders and customer invoices
- Assist with monthly billing, reporting and general operational administration
- Monitor contract KPIs and support solid service delivery
- Assist with timesheet processing and day-to-day coordination
- Work closely with Service Managers, Team Leaders, technicians and Finance





What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in service coordination, scheduling, dispatch or administration
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Desirable Experience
Experience with any of the following would be highly regarded:

- Pronto, Uptick, Corrigo
- Other ERP, CRM or service management platforms
- HVAC, fire, building services, facilities management or maintenance environments
- Service contracts and planned preventative maintenance scheduling
