The Manager, Custodial Operations Modernisation Group, leads the delivery of business improvement, organisational change and project activities that support Queensland’s custodial reform agenda.
The role provides project leadership, governance, risk management, strategic advice and stakeholder engagement to deliver key reform outcomes, while supporting a positive team culture and effective implementation across custodial operations.
