Bar Bellamy is looking for a part time/potentially full time senior sous chef who can work autonomously in a 1 hatted venue
Bar Bellamy - Neighbourhood cocktail bar & bistro.
We are looking for a qualified and passionate sous chef to join our small team, supporting our Head Chef.
The Euro centric menu leans French and rotates rapidly, working closely with suppliers to offer the best in-season produce availiable.
Hours 25-38 (Part time with full time available for the right fit) with set days of Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday. Kitchen is also included in tips.
Experience of 4+ years required as the role requires the ability to work autonomosly on weekday nights.
