The Opportunity

As a Legal Assistant in our Personal Injury team, you’ll work closely with experienced lawyers and play a key role in supporting injured clients through their legal journey.
You will be at the heart of our operations, providing essential legal support and client service.
The Role
- Assist with general administration and filing
- Maintain calendars and diary appointments
- Develop a deeper understanding of litigation procedures
- Open new files, prepare letters and correspondence, draft medical-legal letters of instruction
- Compile briefs and court documents
- Proactively liaise with the supervising solicitor and relevant parties to advance files
- Monitor critical dates to ensure deadlines are met
- Respond to client enquiries via telephone and in-person, professionally and with empathy.
