Reporting to the Manager of ARC Cairns, this role will take charge of a healthy existing portfolio and will also focus on winning new business and expanding ARC’s customer base across the area.
We are looking for someone with a value-based approach to sales.
What you will be doing
- Generate new opportunities to build on new and existing client base
- Build and maintain customer relationships through solution-based selling
- Maintain and strengthen the existing customer relationships
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and deliver on exceptional service
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes and service
- Drive sales growth, market share and profitability across your territory

What you will bring:
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence a diverse customer base
- Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills, coupled with a strong drive to achieve results
- Solid business acumen and reporting skills
- Experience using a CRM and MS suite
