Our client is a large, well-established professional services organisation with a significant presence across Australia. They're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large, complex data program end to end, spanning business engagement, data engineering, architecture, governance, quality, change, training, and testing through to handover.
This is a genuine end-to-end delivery leadership opportunity, working across a sizeable organisation with real commercial, governance, and stakeholder complexity.

The Role

- Own delivery across the full lifecycle: scope, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, governance, and acceptance criteria
- Establish fit-for-purpose Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks, facilitate key ceremonies, and coach teams in effective delivery practices
- Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, status reporting, decision records, and escalation pathways
- Manage budgets, forecasts, resourcing, vendor relationships, and commercial commitments
- Engage senior business and technology stakeholders, presenting clear updates, options, risks, and recommendations
- Ensure delivery complies with security, privacy, regulatory, risk, and data standards
- Oversee implementation readiness, change impacts, training, and transition to operations

About You

- Demonstrated experience delivering large, complex data or technology programs in a Senior Project Manager capacity
- Strong understanding of data engineering, architecture, quality, governance, migration, integration, and testing concepts




- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders within a complex organisation
- Solid commercial, financial, vendor, risk, and dependency management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with concise executive-level reporting skills
- Practical experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments
- A relevant project delivery certification is desirable
