Stuart Park Neighbourhood Child Care Centre (SPCCC) is a community-based education and care service for families with children aged from six months to five years. We are committed to providing high-quality service and have been an integral part of the Stuart Park community for 35 years. Description: Provide education, care, and supervision for children aged 0–5 years, plan and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences, and support children’s learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s learning and development.
- Foster positive behaviour and supportive learning environments.
- Contribute to programming, learning stories, and critical reflections.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Skill & Experience

Selection Criteria:

- Hold a relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF Bachelor’s degree or higher and have at least one year of relevant full-time (or equivalent part-time) work experience or at least five years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong teamwork and time-management skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education and development.
- Ability to plan and implement engaging learning experiences for children.
