We currently have opportunities for:

- Registered Nurses supporting a client based north of the river (NOR)

- Enrolled Nurses supporting a client based south of the river (SOR)

About the role

You will provide secure, respectful and individualised nursing care while helping clients remain comfortable and supported in their own homes.

Responsibilities may include:

- Delivering nursing care within your scope of practice

- Medication administration and clinical documentation

- Monitoring clients’ health and responding to changes

- Following individual care plans and clinical procedures

- Communicating with families and the wider care team

- Supporting clients with dignity, compassion and respect

About you

To be considered, you will need:





- Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN

- Relevant nursing or community-care experience

- Current First Aid and CPR certificates

- National Police Clearance

- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

- A dependable, calm and genuinely caring approach

Experience supporting clients with complex care needs would be highly regarded.
