POSITION OVERVIEW
SYNC offers a structured alternative to traditional onsite construction, with work completed in a controlled, purpose-built manufacturing environment. We are currently seeking experienced Caulkers to deliver high-quality silicone finishes across our prefabricated bathroom pods within a fast-paced modular manufacturing facility.
Our factory-based setting provides consistent workflow, prepared surfaces, standardised processes,



and improved working conditions, allowing employees to focus on delivering quality workmanship as part of a high-performing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Apply silicone and caulking to bathroom pods and wet areas
- Ensure high-quality finishes and strong attention to detail
- Prepare surfaces prior to silicone application
- Repair and touch up defects where required
- Read and interpret basic drawings and specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively within the production team to meet deadlines
- Follow standardised manufacturing and quality processes

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE

- Previous experience in caulking, silicone application, tiling, waterproofing, or finishing trades
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- White Card preferred but not essential
