Oakhill College is an Independent Catholic Secondary School in the Lasallian tradition, located in Castle Hill, NSW. The College has an enrolment of approximately 2,250 students, with boys in Years 7 to 10 and a co-educational setting in Years 11 and 12. The role





Oakhill College is seeking an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Alumni Engagement Officer to strengthen connections between the College and its thriving alumni community.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised professional who enjoys building relationships, coordinating events, creating engaging communications, and preserving the rich history of a leading Lasallian Catholic school. Working within the Marketing and Community Engagement team, you will play a key role in fostering lifelong connections between Oakhill College and its alumni while supporting community engagement initiatives that reflect the College's values and mission.

Key Responsibilities.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with alumni through events, communications and engagement programs.
- Coordinate alumni reunions, networking opportunities, mentoring initiatives and community events.
- Create compelling content for newsletters, social media, publications and digital platforms.
- Manage and maintain alumni databases and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor and report on alumni engagement outcomes and trends.
- Support the preservation and promotion of the College's history through archives and heritage management.
- Collaborate with staff, alumni, volunteers and community stakeholders to strengthen engagement across the College community.

The successful candidates will:

Experience in alumni relations,



stakeholder engagement, community engagement, events, marketing, fundraising, or a related field.

- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
- A flexible, proactive and team-oriented approach.
- Hold current and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
- Uphold the College's safeguarding standards and child protection policies and procedures.
- Support and promote the Lasallian ethos and traditions of the College.
- Contribute as an innovative, collaborative, and engaging member of the College community.
