THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator; with strong attention to detail. A tertiary qualification or Bachelor Mechanical Engineer Degree will be highly advantagous. You will be responsible for a broad range of estimating set by the team strategic plan.
As well as having strong relationships with suppliers to achieving costs which are competitive within the current market place, whilst simultaneously achieving the Company budget and goals.
THE REQUIREMENT
- Relevant trade background or tertiary qualifications within Building, Construction and/or Engineering.
- Minimum five years experience in the role of estimating on Projects ranging from $1m to $5m
- Previous experience with developing strong client/stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of estimating software (QuickPen, REVIT).
- Experience leading and mentoring teams large or small
