About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Service Co-ordinator at Edge Industries, a leading Construction Services Maintenance company in Banyo, Brisbane. We are looking for a proactive and self-driven co-ordinator to join our team, someone who enjoys organising people's schedules, likes problem solving, all while delivering great customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Co-ordinate and schedule daily rosters to field staff

- Co-ordinate subcontractors across Queensland

- Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service

- Ensure jobs are delivered to meet customer KPI's

- Assist with reporting and demonstrate strong software skills

- Manage general incoming quote requests, work orders and projects

- Reconcile and oversee client portals and current client worksheets

- Handle final invoicing submissions with accuracy

- Manage technicians' daily job cards and run sheets

- Upload job details to the web-based portal (Simpro)

About you

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role





- Background in service coordination, scheduling or project administration for construction industry

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and manage priorities

- Forward thinker with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment

- Strong communication and negotiation skills and initiative taking capability

- Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment

- Experience with Simpro is advantageous, but not essential
