Our client is a well-established accounting and advisory firm based in Helensvale. With a strong reputation and growing client base, they are seeking an experienced Administration / Client Services Officer to join their friendly and professional team.

Working closely with the Office Manager and Accountants, this is a varied role combining senior administration, client service and coordination of client files and workflow.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing client files, records and workflow
- Client onboarding and ongoing administration
- Preparing correspondence, engagement letters and other documentation
- Liaising with clients and following up information
- Assisting with ASIC and ATO administration
- Supporting Accountants with day to day client matters
- General practice and office administration

About You

We're looking for an experienced administrator who is organised, confident with technology and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Ideally, you will have:





- Solid administration experience within a professional office environment
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confidence learning and working across multiple software systems
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to take ownership of tasks

Experience within an accounting, legal, financial services or other professional services environment will be highly regarded, but is not essential. Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or a related field will also be well regarded.
