About the Role
As a Youth Programs Officer, you will support the development, implementation, review, and evaluation of emergency services youth programs and initiatives that strengthen community resilience and encourage young people to transition into volunteering within an emergency services environment.
You will build and maintain partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams, government departments, not-for-profit organisations, schools, emergency service volunteers and associations, and the broader community, to create meaningful engagement opportunities and support positive outcomes for young people.
