The Role
- Manage and grow a Melbourne South East orthopaedics territory
- Work closely with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and hospital stakeholders
- Provide hands-on clinical and product support in operating theatres
- Drive product adoption, account growth and new business opportunities
- Develop strong relationships across public and private hospitals
- Build your clinical and technical expertise across a broad orthopaedic portfolio
About You
- Competitive, driven and achievement-focused
- Proven sales performer with strong commercial instincts
- Resilient, proactive and motivated by results
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, clinically focused environment
- Medical device or healthcare sales experience highly regarded
- High-performing pharmaceutical representatives looking to transition into medical devices are encouraged to apply
