The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our business by ensuring accurate and timely data entry of truck runs and service records. You’ll be responsible for tracking and reporting on missed bin services, working closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to investigate and resolve issues. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on attention to detail, enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, and is confident communicating across departments to ensure our service commitments are met. This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Enter daily truck run data into internal systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Record and follow up on missed bin investigations
- Liaise with Operations and Customer Service teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate logs and reports for internal tracking and auditing
- Provide general administrative support as needed
About you:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Critical thinker with exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn,
and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
