We are seeking a committed and professional Part time Accounts Payable to join our team at O.P. Industries Pty Ltd in Wangaratta, VIC. Hours will be Mon-Thurs 9.00am - 3.00pm Friday 8am - 5pm (30hrs per week)
What you'll be doing
- Handling incoming calls and customer service
- Accounts Payable - processing and data input of invoices, purchase orders and amendments
- Payment of accounts as advised by the Accounts Manager
What we're looking for
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in the use of standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Accounting package Timberline Office, training will be provided.
- Experience is essential in Accounts Payable.
