At CJD Equipment, we're looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to join our Brisbane team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your work, manage your day with a high level of autonomy, and work on industry-leading Volvo Construction Equipment.

What You’ll Do:

- Diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on construction and earthmoving equipment

- Breakdown and emergency repair work

- Scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance

- Customer liaison and service bookings

- Accurate completion of service documentation

- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

- Delivering high-quality workmanship with minimal supervision

What you'll bring:

- A relevant trade qualification

- Experience working on construction, earthmoving or heavy equipment

- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

- Experience using computer-based diagnostic systems and parts catalogues

- Positive planning, organisational and time management skills

- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload

- A willingness to travel and stay overnight when required

While not essential, the following will be highly regarded:

- Volvo Construction Equipment experience

- LR or MR Vehicle Licence

- Air Conditioning Handling Licence
