We're excited to offer a casual position for a MC Local & Interstate Driver to join our growing team in Hazelmere, WA.

No experience with Dangerous Goods? No problem! DG Air is a certified training organisation, and we'll provide you with comprehensive training across all modes of transport.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a MC Local & Interstate Driver, your key responsibilities will include:

- Driving safely and within your capabilities.

- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients with professionalism and care.

- Holding and maintaining DG, Class 1 (EXP), and Class 7 (RA) licences.

- Holding and maintaining required security clearances (MISC, ASIC).

- Accurately maintaining records of work completed.

- Performing pickups and deliveries, including loading and unloading.

- Ensuring compliance with load restraint guidelines.

- Conducting pre-start checks on vehicles and equipment.

- Driving locally within the Perth metro & interstate will be required

- Operating a forklift for safe and efficient loading and unloading.

- Securing loads in line with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Prior experience operating MC trucks.

- Strong knowledge of load restraint guidelines.





- Good mechanical aptitude.

- Strong attention to detail and a focused approach to tasks.

- Self-motivation with the ability to take ownership of your results.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.

- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate effectively.

- A valid MC driver's license.
