CoreStaff are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand to join a busy warehouse and manufacturing operation in Ingleburn.

This is a great chance for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is physically fit and wants consistent Monday-to-Friday hours.

About the Role
As a Factory Hand, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and production area. Your duties may include:

- General factory and warehouse duties
- Moving, loading and unloading materials
- Picking, packing and preparing orders
- Assisting with production and manufacturing processes
- Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe
- Manual handling of materials and products
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Other general duties as required

About You
We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous factory, warehouse or labouring experience




- Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Has a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Can follow instructions and work safely
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Is punctual, dependable and willing to get stuck in
- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Forklift experience/licence is an advantage but not essential.
