About the Role

Reporting directly to the business owner and working closely day to day, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering outstanding customer service while completing fault‑finding and diagnostics across a wide range of air conditioning systems

- Performing high‑quality installations and retrofit work

- Ensuring accurate job costing and completing all work within scope

- Identifying root causes efficiently and carrying out effective repairs and maintenance to minimise downtime and improve performance

- Preparing clear job notes, reports and technical recommendations

- Maintaining accurate refrigerant usage records, leak testing documentation and compliance paperwork





- Staying current with building codes, standards and safety regulations

This role services the area from south of the Brisbane River through to the northern Gold Coast, including east–west coverage.

Please note: Some early starts (6:30am) are required for roof‑cavity work during warmer conditions.

Qualifications

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or nearing completion)

- White Card

- QBCC Licence

- Arctick Licence
