This is an exciting opportunity for a friendly cleaner to join our team. This role is an integral part of developing RetireAustralia to become one of the leaders in the industry, placing our residents at the centre of everything we do. Your role will embrace and support our residents with housekeeping and general domestic cleaning duties working at our Tarragal Glen Manor Retirement Village located in Erina, Central Coast NSW.
We are seeking a motivated person to make a positive impact and become part of our close-knit team, as well as embrace the chance to be a source of support and comfort for our residents.
Casual position working across Monday to Friday - good availability to pick up shifts desirable
Reporting directly to the Village Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality cleaning services across residential apartments and common areas, including scheduled spring cleans
- Upholding exceptional standards of cleanliness and customer service
- Promptly reporting and accurately recording any maintenance issues within apartments or shared spaces
- Respecting and maintaining residents’ privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Assisting in other areas of the village operations as required
We’re on the lookout for someone with:
- Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning
- Experience in the retirement industry is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Full Drivers Licence, Comprehensive Insurance and Reliable Transport
- National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment including Drug and Alcohol Testing
