We have employment opportunities for experienced mining operators in our expanding business.
Castlereagh Coal is an Australian family owned and operated resources company. We operate open cut coal mines located at Invincible Colliery, Cullen Bullen, approximately 20kms north of Lithgow.
A description of our operation;
- a small and dynamic excavator/truck mining operation, looking to expand our existing mining operations.
- Currently operating 4 dayshifts per week, 10.5 hours per day, and 3 dayshifts weekend
- 10.5 hour per day roster with a flexibility around work arrangements
- Operation is a 7-day operation.
- Operating as an equal opportunity workplace

Successful applicants;
- Essential experience, Operating excavator and bulldozer.
- Experience operating mining trucks desirable but not essential.
- Must be able to work in a flexible creative team environment.
- Must have a secure, can-do attitude.
