About the role

Gerard Malouf & Partners has a great opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our busy team situated in our Sydney CBD offices.

Typically, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Daily diary management
- Providing a high level of secretarial and administrative assistance: drafting and producing correspondence.
- Assisting with the drafting of Court and related litigation documents generally
- Assisting in the preparation of documents for Local Court, District Court and Supreme Court.
- Filing documents online via electronic platforms/portals
- Liaising with clients, doctors, insurers,



solicitors, barristers
- Arranging appointments with clients, doctors, solicitors, barristers
- File and document management oversee and assist with opening and closing files
- General assistance with day-to-day administrative tasks, including some IT support
