Overview:

Commencing immediately, you will primarily work closely with a team of 7 other Dealers. This role covers Dealers responsibilities across both Australian and Asia market time zones in which are listed in detail below. Given our boutique work environment, you will be exposed to a challenging but rewarding work culture which will set the foundation for a successful career in global capital markets. The right individual for this role will be rewarded appropriately for the responsibilities of servicing existing asset manager portfolios. You must possess the ambition to be willing to work long hours and apply your acute attention to detail to very important tasks. Following a successful tenure in this role, you will look to progress managing institutional and sophisticated asset manager clients of your own. Lazarus pays its staff members far superior packages than other investment bank or brokerage desks, so we require those with the ambition and drive to build a long-term successful career in this space.

- Execution of day-to-day tasks supporting your fellow Dealers Associates, Middle Office & Senior Dealers.

- Handling the allocated dealing lines of communications to institutional clients in a professional and polished standard. Maintaining the close & successful commercial relationships our Senior Dealer(s) have with our clients. Monitoring and reporting client portfolios across the business daily.

- The daily management of client risk exposures on leveraged portfolios and communicating with clients daily to manage margin exposures on equities portfolios. This includes internal liaison with our internal Risk Committee on the relevant client portfolios risk exposures.





- Enhancing the client experience from delivering a polished service when dealing with internal and external stakeholders of Lazarus.

- Possess a strong understanding of Australian/Asian market structure of various exchanges and asset classes in the region.

- Position and risk management including trade and counterparty trade reconciliation.

- Contribute to growing distribution by providing timely and accurate dealing desk reporting to management.

- Monitoring the settlement cycles of all executed trades through to settlement across our traded markets.

- Engage and service a diverse range of stakeholders inclusive of brokers, custodians, system vendors, compliance officers and regulators.

- Possess the ability to deliver a superior client service experience to sophisticated investors.

- Be available at all times across international markets hours to deal for client base.
