At Aster and Sweetpea Services, we provide personalised, heart-led support for children with additional needs, their families, and their educators. We're growing our team and looking for a warm, dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who shares our commitment to walking alongside families with care, expertise, and understanding.

About the Role
As our Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll play a key role in helping children build the communication skills they need to thrive socially, emotionally, and educationally. You'll work closely with children, families, and educators — specialising in early intervention and providing meaningful, individualised support every step of the way.

What You'll Do

- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for children with additional needs

- Develop and deliver individualised, goal-focused therapy plans

- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and educators to support progress across home and school settings

- Provide clear, compassionate guidance and resources to parents and carers





- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including behaviour support and social/inclusion specialists

- Maintain thoughtful, accurate clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology, with current registration/membership (e.g. Speech Pathology Australia)

- Experience working with children, ideally in early intervention or paediatric settings

- A genuine passion for supporting children and families with additional needs

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- A collaborative, empathetic approach to care

- NDIS experience highly regarded (or willingness to learn)
