The Opportunity

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with an established South Australian commercial builder seeking an experienced Site Manager to immediately join the delivery of a $25M mixed-use development in Salisbury.

This is an opportunity for someone with proven commercial or mixed-use construction experience who can step into an active project, take ownership of day-to-day site operations and work closely with the Project Manager to drive successful delivery.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will lead day-to-day site operations and coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers to keep the project progressing safely, efficiently and to programme.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing site operations through to completion and handover
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Driving construction programmes and key milestones
- Managing site logistics,



sequencing and services coordination
- Maintaining high standards across WHS, quality and compliance
- Working closely with the Project Manager, consultants and project stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving construction issues to maintain project momentum

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager who can confidently step into an active commercial project and take ownership of delivery.

You will ideally bring:

- Proven Site Management experience within commercial construction
- Previous exposure to mixed-use, multi-level or comparable commercial projects
- Strong subcontractor and trade coordination capability
- Sound knowledge of programming, sequencing and site logistics
- Strong understanding of safety, quality and compliance requirements
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to project delivery
- Strong communication and leadership skills
