About the Role

This is a site-based quality and documentation role, focused on:

- Accurately documenting what work is completed

- Verifying works are installed correctly and compliantly

- Recording materials, quantities, and labour used

- Signing off works delivered by crews and subcontractors

This role is not a foreman role and not a labouring position — it exists to ensure works are properly documented, compliant, and defensible.

Key Responsibilities

- Document all works performed on site daily

- Verify works are installed in accordance with specifications and company standards

- Record all materials used, quantities, and locations

- Track and document hours worked by crews and subcontractors

- Obtain sign-off on completed works (internal and external where required)

- Complete daily QA records, photos, and supporting documentation

- Ensure all QA and site documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time

- Identify and report non-conforming works or discrepancies





- Liaise with supervisors, foremen, and management regarding documentation and compliance

- track each job and communicate with Foreman required quantities

- Monitor trucks delivering and exit site

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in asphalt construction (site exposure essential)

- Robust attention to detail and accuracy

- Comfortable documenting works in real time on site

- Ability to confidently verify works and request corrections where required

- Good written communication and basic admin skills

- Ability to work independently and consistently

Essential Requirements

- White Card

- Current C Class Driver’s Licence

- Ability to use mobile devices / tablets for photos and reporting

- Fluent English (written and verbal)

- legible handwriting

- good communication skill

- good mathematics skills
