About the role

Take this opportunity to join the dynamic team at Stacks Law Firm Tamworth as a Lawyer. You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal services to our diverse client base with a view to specialising in one of our areas of law in the future. The firm provides legal services in the following areas of law:

- Commercial Transactions and Litigation,

- Conveyancing,

- Wills & Estates,

- Family Law & Crime.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of legal matters, likely focusing on the area of Succession Law.

2. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, applications, orders, and correspondence.

3. Conducting legal research and analysis to support client matters.

4. Appearing in court or before administrative tribunals as needed.

5. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective client service.

6. Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification

2.



Admission to practice law in Recent South Wales

3. 1-3 years of experience in a legal practice

4. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Commitment to delivering exceptional client service

8. Experience in Wills & Deceased Estates ideally
