The Role

- You'll be part of a small, hands-on team supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

- Pick, pack, receive, and dispatch orders accurately and on time

- Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes, investigating and resolving discrepancies

- Manage returns, damaged stock, and non‑conforming inventory

- Use our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and maintain accurate records

- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, including safe manual handling and use of PPE

- Operate material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jacks and forklifts where licensed)

- Coordinate with sales teams and freight providers to support smooth inbound and outbound deliveries

- Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse environment

- Support continuous improvement in warehouse processes

What we need

- A reliable, safety-focused and detail-oriented approach to work

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

- Physically fit for hands-on, active warehouse work

- Willingness to learn current systems and processes





- Clear and confident communication skills (verbal and written)

- Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook and Excel)

- Open to candidates with varying levels of experience
