WAY Electrical is recruiting Electricians to support scheduled shutdown activities across Pilbara-based projects.

ABOUT THE JOB
Brownfields Construction Upgrades to Iron Ore site in the Pilbara. Scope, Balance Machines – working on Reclaimers.

Shutdown Dates:

14/09/2026 - 19/10/2026

ABOUT YOU

- Solid experience with heavy machinery and fixed plant

- Understanding of HV feed to slew/drive system, multiple LV control circuits

- Understanding of PLC based interlocks, emergency stop loops, travel & boom limit switches

- Remove and protect cables, reconnect and system testing

- Strong documentation & permit skills

- Commissioning experience

- Problem Solver with high attention to detail

Qualifications

- WA Electrical Licence - unrestricted

- Working at Heights (within 2 years)

- Confined Space (within 2 years)

- OHS Construction Industry White Card





- Current CPR/LVR (within 1 year)

- Provide First Aid (within 3 years)

- Proof of Entitlement to work in Australia

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

- Shutdown dates mobilising from Mid-September until Mid-October, with staggered starts and demobe dates

- Day and Nightshift included, maximum swing of 2 weeks duration, followed by 1 week R&R;
