Due to continued growth, we are seeking a capable Project Engineer / Project Manager / Design Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

As a Project Engineer / Project Manager / Design Engineer you will:

- Manage civil, structural and infrastructure projects from planning through to delivery

- Coordinate design, documentation, approvals, procurement and construction-phase services

- Undertake site inspections, contract administration and construction support

- Prepare and review technical reports, scopes, estimates, schedules and project documentation

- Lead communication with clients, contractors, authorities and project stakeholders

- Support, guide and mentor junior engineers and technical staff

This role offers the opportunity to take a key position in the delivery of varied consulting engineering projects while contributing to the continued growth and capability of ATC.

The role may be performed from Kingaroy, Gympie, the Fraser Coast, Toowoomba or surrounding regions; however,



regular attendance in Kingaroy (2–3 days per week) is required.

About you

To succeed in this role you will have:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline

- Demonstrated experience delivering civil, structural, infrastructure or building-related projects

- Strong project coordination, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team environment

- Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets, timeframes, risks and competing priorities

- RPEQ registration, or eligibility and willingness to work towards registration, will be highly regarded
