About Us

Form1 is a proudly Australian-owned leader in essential safety services, with more than 25 years of experience and teams across Sydney, Newcastle, the Central Coast, Western NSW and Canberra.

We are known for our commitment to safety, our people and long-term client partnerships. Our employees enjoy working at Form1 because we invest in development, celebrate team success and support work-life balance.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available within our Form1 Air business for an experienced HVAC Service and Installation Technician to join our Northern team.

Ideally, you will be an all-round technician with experience across both HVAC service and installation work. However, we also welcome applications from experienced service technicians or installers who have previous service and fault-finding experience.

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday, working 8 hour days. Start and finish times may vary depending on operational and site requirements, generally falling between 7:00am and 4:00pm. Overtime opportunities are available when required.

You will primarily work across Newcastle, the Central Coast, the Hunter and surrounding areas. There may also be occasional opportunities to work away on projects, with availability discussed and plenty of notice provided.

You will work across a diverse range of client sites, including schools, hospitals, aged care facilities, commercial buildings and residential developments.

No two days will be exactly the same. You may begin your day attending scheduled maintenance, diagnosing and repairing a system fault, responding to an urgent breakdown or completing an installation. You will travel to client sites, manage your assigned jobs using Simpro and communicate with clients about completed work and recommended repairs.

You will work independently on many jobs while remaining supported by our wider Form1 Air team.
