About the role

As a member of our Tours & Rides team, you may be involved in operating rides and attractions, train driving, conducting guided tours and guest experiences, greeting and assisting visitors from across Australia and around the world, providing excellent customer service, assisting with ticket sales and guest enquiries, monitoring ride safety and compliance procedures, maintaining clean and welcoming attraction areas, and supporting special events and school holiday activities.

Key responsibilities

- Operating rides and attractions

- Train driver

- Conducting guided tours and guest experiences

- Greeting and assisting visitors from across Australia and around the world

- Providing excellent customer service

- Assisting with ticket sales and guest enquiries

- Monitoring ride safety and compliance procedures

- Maintaining clean and welcoming attraction areas

- Supporting special events and school holiday activities

About you

- Have a positive, friendly and outgoing personality

- Enjoy interacting with guests of all ages





- Have excellent communication skills

- Are reliable, punctual and present themselves professionally

- Can work as part of a team in a busy tourism environment

- Are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (working with children check) or are willing and able to obtain one

- Are available to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods
