We’re partnering with a well-established, growing MSP looking for a strong Level 3 Engineer to join a collaborative technical team.

What you'll be doing:
- Handling L2/L3 escalations across infrastructure, cloud, and networking
- Supporting and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and endpoint management
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy administration
- Virtualisation (Hyper-V / VMware) and backup/DR
- Networking support - routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPN
- Involvement in project work including migrations and deployments
- Helping lift the capability of junior engineers around you
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years' MSP experience – essential
- Australian Permanent Residency – essential
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong Microsoft stack across M365, Azure / Entra ID and Intune
- Solid networking fundamentals
- Experience with cyber security tools would be highly regarded
