An established Melbourne commercial and industrial builder is looking for a Contract Administrator to join its team.

Operating since 1997, the business has completed more than 140 projects across Victoria and has built long-standing relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. They remain privately owned, with a small team and hands-on Directors who are closely involved in the delivery of projects.

Current projects include a high-end warehouse development featuring detailed joinery, stone finishes and a mezzanine, a multi-warehouse development in Rosebud and a childcare project in the northern suburbs.

You'll work closely with a newly appointed Senior Project Manager and a leadership team that remains accessible and involved. The General Manager is approachable, practical and available when you need another perspective.

A high percentage of their work comes from repeat clients,



giving the business a consistent pipeline and established client relationships.

To be considered, you must have at least two years' experience as a CA with a commercial head contractor. You'll need to be proactive, comfortable making decisions and able to work at the pace of a hands-on construction company.

The role is based at the company's Albert Park office, with project exposure across Melbourne and the Peninsula. The salary is up to $130k plus super, depending on experience.
