NET, integration, database, and DevOps activitiesSupporting incident triage, root cause analysis, and known-error managementFacilitating sprint planning, work allocation, delivery tracking,



and client demosEnsuring development work is maintainable, supportable, secure, and testableWorking closely with the QA/Test Lead to align delivery with release assurance and quality gatesWhat you'll bringDemonstrated experience leading or directing a development team (3+ direct reports or equivalent), including onsite/client-facing coordinationSolid experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub, including pipelines, repositories, and security toolingExperience with incident triage, root cause analysis, and known-error/problem management in an operational support environmentComfort running agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, client demos, and tracking delivery against commitmentsExperience operating in ISM-aligned, government, or regulated environmentsFamiliarity with Power Apps, Drupal/GovCMS, or mobile application development highly regardedExcellent stakeholder communication skills, this role is client-facing and will interface directly with the department and Informatech's Delivery LeadClearanceThis role requires a current NV1 security clearance and Australian citizenship.
