We are currently seeking a dynamic Program Manager for Professional Services to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.As a Program Manager Professional Services, you will:Project manage complex projects in multinational Enterprise & Service provider environmentsEffectively meet the business objectives, compliancy requirements and targets assigned from the PS ManagementEffectively manage the project portfolio to meet financial targets including revenue recognition and margin requirementsBe able to read and understand contracts to identify the implications of the terms from a PS perspectiveMeet revenue and billable utilisation targets for the regionApply second order thinking to drive effective outcomes for internal and external customersHave a clear bias for action, displaying ownership and accountability to one's work and the overall growth of the PS businessUtilise communication and conflict resolution skills to independently address and resolve interpersonal conflicts and issuesDevelop a quick and clear understanding of the customer requirements through project scopingExcellent resource scheduling skills taking into account consultant specialties & expertise levels within the team as well as the time constraints to deliver to the expected level of serviceSet clear project planning & project objectivesEvaluate project progress with a focus on the customer experience, service excellence and ownership for resolving customer issues where requiredAbility to evaluate project risk with good risk management planning through project controls & internal discussion with the Qualified Services management teamProvide advice and be the initial point of escalation for assigned PS projects within the team and ensure resolution in a timely mannerExperience in using Project Management tools such as ChangePoint or other such systems to measure PS KPIs & performanceExcellent project reporting,
communication & presentation skillsAbility to work on multiple projects at the same time and managing & prioritizing tasks to ensure project efficiencyAssure a high quality of documentation and act as a point of QA for any project documentationStay up to date on new product developments & technologies, providing input and operational direction to the PS team on supporting such technologiesReview and action on customer satisfaction surveysEncourage open communication between team members, suggesting and driving forward ideas about how the team can work more effectively togetherReview priorities and take appropriate action to ensure results are achievedFollowings up with customer and internal Fortinet departments to ensure project documentation is completed:Creation/Review of Statement of Work documentAcknowledgement of work performed including work complete signingCustomer satisfaction surveysCompletes and submits any required administrative tasks in a timely manner (timesheets, activities report, project reports, etc.)We Are Looking For:8 - 10 years background in complex Enterprise/Service Provider technical project management preferably in the network & security fieldA master time manager who exhibits excellent priority and schedule management both with their personal (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) and project related tasksManage resourcing and subcontractor coordination on assigned accounts, to ensure consistent delivery coverage across the engagementPartner with the Service Delivery Executive on strategic accounts, providing project governance and delivery oversight in support of broader account management and commercial outcomesA background in network security project managementInternational PMO experience in a multinational system integrator is highly beneficialData analytical skills,
ability to interpret data and take actions based on itExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong knowledge of the security threat landscapeAble to juggle priorities to meet deadlines without cutting cornersFollow up on and take responsibility for unresolved issues or escalationsExperience of driving change initiatives in a PS environmentAble to develop effective relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with commercial departments such as sales and presalesEffective interpersonal and communication skillsExperience improving and developing the knowledge & skills of othersProject Management certifications (PMP, Prince II)Ability to work according to customer's schedules which may include weekends/eveningsTeam player and ability to work remotely & interact with remote teams & employees.Advanced to expert skills at MS office suite using applications such as Power Point, Word, Visio & Project.Ability to work well under pressure and remain focused on the tasks in hand.Ability to travel internationally, if needed.Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervisionAbility to set personal objectives being self-driven for achievement and motivation.Excellent Data analytical skillsPresentation skillsEducated to degree level in a technical or management discipline and/or extensive experience in program management operating in a similar role - Bachelors Degree in EE, CS, or CE or equivalent experience.Why Join UsAt Fortinet, we embrace diversity and inclusivity.
