You'll engage in tech-driven projects, from shaping requirements and improving processes to hands‐on involvement with prototypes, testing, and change management.

and surveysMap and analyse current "as‐is" business processes and design improved "to‐be" solutionsMaintain clear project records, process flows, and use casesIdentify and articulate opportunities for automation, data, and AI to enhance processes and user experienceBuild strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and problem statementsWork with project managers and sponsors to define project scope and visionTranslate business needs into functional and technical requirements for technical teamsPartner with technical teams and SMEs to design solutions and ensure data qualitySupport software/hardware product research and procurementDevelop and execute functional test plans and test cases in collaboration with project teamsAssist with project deployment, hyper‐care, and act as liaison between business and technical teamsLead or coordinate change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption planningProvide advice on technical solutions to non‐technical stakeholdersAnalyse risks, advantages, and impacts of solutions; drive process improvement initiativesServe as product owner where needed and remain up to date on technology trends,
