An Outback QLD hospital requires a Senior Medical Officer in General Practice from 18/10/2024.

SHIFTS:

Occ health and GP
Dates: asap ongoing
- Required rostered hours - minimum 40 hours per week with roster to be agreed with the practice manager
- Services Fee (hourly rate) / % : $250 + GST per hour or 70% + GST of billings, whichever is greater in the billing period
- Accommodation: if unable to use SHP lodgings then $150 per night allowance, booked by agency
- Car hire per day booked by agency
- Flights: lowest fare applicable allowed

Clinic QLD – Occ health ONLY
Dates: 6 Jan ******** March ****
Required Hours -Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8am - 5pm.Tuesday, Thursday : 10am – 7pm .Saturday: 8am - 11am
- Services Fee (hourly rate) / % : $280 + GST per hour or 70% + GST of billings, whichever is greater in the billing period
- Accommodation
- Provided (with accommodation we can provided at a Motel or can try and book in somewhere with cooking facilities if you prefer. There is an option of a room at a shared house but would think you would prefer your own accommodation. It is a 2 storey, 4 bedroom house with a pool. Normally only one or 2 in the house at one time




- Flights booked by agency
- Car can be booked by agency or provided?
Qualifications Required: See below we need to ensure the doctor is either Occupational Medicine registrar or specialist

- Qld Coal
- MMQ
- Rail
- AMSA
- Injury management
