An Outback QLD hospital requires a Specialist in General Practice

Outback, QLD – Occ health and GP
- Dates: ongoing
- Required rostered hours - minimum 40 hours per week with roster to be agreed with the practice manager
- Services Fee (hourly rate) / % : $****** + GST per hour or 70% + GST of billings, whichever is greater in the billing period
- Accommodation: if unable to use SHP lodgings then $150 per night allowance, booked by agency
- Car hire per day booked by agency
- Flights: lowest fare applicable allowed, ideally local QLD or East Coast based GP

Metro QLD – Occ health
- Dates: ongoing (Brisbane)
- Required rostered hours - minimum 38 hours per week with roster to be agreed with the practice manager
- Services Fee (hourly rate) / % : $****** + GST per hour or 65% + GST of billings, whichever is greater in the billing period
- Accommodation: if unable to use SHP lodgings then $150 per night allowance, booked by agency
- Car hire per day booked by agency
- Flights: lowest fare applicable allowed, ideally local QLD or East Coast based GP

Metro QLD – Occ health
- Dates: ongoing (Brisbane)
- Required rostered hours - minimum 28 hours per week with roster to be agreed with the practice manager
- Services Fee (hourly rate) / % : $****** + GST per hour or 65% + GST of billings, whichever is greater in the billing period
- Accommodation:

Townsville region, QLD– mixture of GP/ Occ health
Dates: • The week in July is for Clinic and Hospital – ***** to *****
23 July to 30 July ****
- These dates are for a GP to do 24/7 on call at the hospital and also work in the clinic.
- Hospital: Moranbah Hospital, QLD
- Centre Operating Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm Mon – Fri (1 hour lunch); 8.00am -*****pm Sat; 9.00am – *****pm Sun
- Hospital On Call Hours: Hospital on call 24/7
- Services Fee (daily rate): Applicable only to the operation of the Practice from the Centre for at least 8 hours per day:
- Monday to Friday from ********* - $1,500 (+ GST) per day
- Sat – Sun - public holidays and not full days worked - $****** (+GST) per hour
- In addition to the Services Fee above, the Locum will be paid for On Call Services based on the following rates:
- For Hospital On Call Services provided for a 24 hour period commencing ***** to ***********pm to 24 October *****pm the rate will be $1,700 (+ GST) per 24 hours.

Centre Operating Hours: 8am – 4pm
Services Fee (daily rate): $1,800 + GST per day

Certification / registration required for:

- Rail Medicals
