Position Details
• Remuneration: $220–$250 per hour depending on the practitioner's qualifications, and credentials.
• Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Required Dates: At this stage, the nominated dates are not flexible, as we require consistent General Practitioner coverage on each of the specified days to ensure the continuity and safety of our clinical services.
• Preferred Commencement: Immediate, in accordance with the dates previously provided.

Accommodation and Travel
• Complimentary accommodation is available at our staff residence in Ocean Grove, located approximately 20 minutes from The Hader Clinic.
• Whilst we are unable to offer a travel allowance or relocation reimbursement, accommodation will be provided for the duration of the placement.

Clinical Support
The successful locum will be supported by a well-established multidisciplinary team, including:
• Director of Nursing, Program management staff and reception staff
• Full time Registered Nursing team providing comprehensive clinical support
• Consultant Psychiatrist, who is available to provide specialist advice and clinical input as required
This collaborative model ensures that the General Practitioner is well supported in delivering safe, high-quality patient care.

Hospital Referral Pathway
Should a client require escalation of care beyond the services provided at The Hader Clinic,



our team will assist with the transfer and referral to Barwon Health - University Hospital Geelong for further assessment and management.

Pre-Employment Requirements
Prior to commencement, the successful practitioner will be required to provide the following documentation:
• Current CV and references
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Current Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Medicare Provider Number (where Medicare billing is applicable)
• Current National Police Check
• Evidence of vaccination and/or immunisation status in accordance with workplace requirements
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (where applicable)
All confidentiality, privacy, workplace policies, and Code of Conduct documentation will be completed onsite as part of the induction and on boarding process.
